Privacy notice

StaySettled is a small, owner-run lettings business. This notice explains what we do with the details you give us. The short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you, and that’s the end of it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or register interest in a new location, we collect what you put in the form: typically your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), your dates, group size, which house you’re asking about, and your message.

There are no accounts, no tracking pixels and no analytics on this site. See the cookie notice for the full (very short) story.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange your stay.
• To let you know when houses open somewhere you’ve registered interest.

We don’t use your details for anything else. We don’t sell them, we don’t share them for marketing, and we won’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.

Where it lives

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (the platform that hosts this website) and delivered to our email inbox. Your details sit in Netlify’s form storage and in that inbox, nowhere else.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry or stay, plus a reasonable period afterwards for basic record-keeping. A register-interest email is kept until we’ve told you about the opening, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us via the contact page and we’ll sort it out directly.
