Can I change my dates instead of cancelling?

Yes — get in touch as early as possible and we’ll try to move your booking to new dates, subject to availability, and within reason.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my company?

Yes, a formatted invoice can be issued to your company on request, either per booking or consolidated for regular stays.

Can multiple contractors on the same job book together?

Yes — our larger properties sleep up to 12, making them well suited to full crews staying together on one job.

Do you offer discounts for longer contractor stays?

Yes, weekly and monthly rates are available for extended contractor bookings — contact us with your project dates for a quote.

How do I book a property?

Select your dates on the property page and submit a booking request. We’ll confirm availability and send payment details within a day.

How does check-in work?

All properties use self check-in with a keybox. You’ll receive the access code and full instructions by text and email ahead of arrival — no need to meet anyone or collect keys.

How is pricing calculated?

Rates are shown per night. Longer stays, including contractor bookings of a week or more, may qualify for a reduced weekly or monthly rate — just ask when enquiring.

Is there parking for work vehicles?

Most properties offer on-site parking suitable for vans and work vehicles. Our Greenhead Road property has space for up to 4 vans. Let us know your vehicle requirements when booking.

What if I have trouble accessing the property?

Every booking confirmation includes a direct contact number for support, available for the full length of your stay.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before your check-in date, with a full refund minus any cleaning fee. Cancellations within 7 days may not be refundable.
